ABOUT THE BLOCK

The #TennAveAC team have created an Atlantic City food and beverage scene like we haven’t experienced before.

In the process of the Tennessee Avenue takeover, visionary and investor Mark Callazzo, food and beverage experts Lee Sanchez and Chef Charles Soreth, along with local media personality and food critic Scott Cronick, conceptualized four unique concepts to resurrect a city block to the ultimate culinary and party experience on the beach block, just off the boardwalk.

Callazzo, Cronick and Soreth are the masterminds behind one of the best bars in the city: Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall. A bar and restaurant with 40 beers on tap and more than 100 bottles and cans - the largest selection in A.C. - Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall offers great vibes, Soreth’s out-of-the-box gastropub menu, insane cocktails, live music, comedy, trivia and a gorgeous Beer Yard complete with outside bar, stage, hand-painted murals and a firepit. There is always something happening both inside and outside Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall!

From A.C.’s original Boozy Brunch to late-night shows to a gourmet Italian-American dinner menu, Rhythm & Spirits by Callazzo and Sanchez offers one of the most eclectic, fun and interesting experiences you will find in New Jersey. You can find some sort of party or event going on here every weekend, drawing customers from all over the tristate area. Though the entertainment is known to draw the crowds, the food from Chef Kevin Cronin is what keeps people coming back as his inspired, Italian-American creations are truly edible masterpieces.

Sanchez and Callazzo also conceptualized Bar 32 Chocolate, a location that fulfills life’s simple pleasures. With hand-made chocolate, curated playlists and creative cocktails, Bar 32 is the ultimate after-dinner destination. The only bean-to-bar chocolate experience in the state, expect everything from gourmet candy bars to over-the-top desserts and creative cocktails, many which use our homemade chocolate.

Our newest venture - Cuzzie’s Pizzeria - offers a pizza joint on steroids thanks to Callazzo’s and Sanchez’ ambitious and creative minds. The menu includes more than delicious hand-crafted pizza pies featuring fresh Rando’s Bakery dough from Atlantic City, but you’ll also find mouth-watering sandwiches made with the finest ingredients piled on locally-baked Rando bread, plus salads, desserts and more. The takeout spot is stamped with approval by their cute mascot, Cuzzie the Schnauzer.

For the #TennAveAC team, transforming Tennessee Avenue is more than revitalizing a block in a prime location in Atlantic City, it’s about breathing new life into a city they love and partnering with people and organizations to make it happen. The partners plan on continuing their path in building Atlantic City’s hospitality scene one location at a time. Stay tuned as these pioneers continue to make waves in Atlantic City.
