Abuelita’s Secret Speakeasy is a celebration of Spanish American culture. Named for Lee’s grandmother, Purificación, who moved from Spain to the Ironbound section of Newark where she raised her family. She is 98 and is one of the strongest woman he knows. His fondest memories are growing up surrounded by family in her basement around a large table. Food music, family and friends join together to celebrate life. The last friday of every month he brings this experience to life for one night. Tapas, Paella, Gin & Tonics, Wine, Music, Dancing, Friends & Family.
