Bar32 is bringing back a taste of the legendary Iron Room experience for one special night: a curated wine dinner featuring Robert Craig Winery.
Hosted by Elton Slone, President & CEO of Robert Craig Winery, the evening will showcase a guided tasting of standout Napa Valley Cabernets:
• La Fleur Craig Cabernet
• Affinity Cabernet
• Mt. Veeder Cabernet
Since arriving at Robert Craig in 2004, Elton has led the winery’s evolution with a focus on farming, winemaking, and site-driven expression. Now a managing partner, he travels the country sharing the Robert Craig story with the same passion he brings to every glass.
Each wine will be paired with dishes from Chef Kevin Cronin, reviving the bold flavors, edge, and unmistakable energy that once made the Iron Room legendary.

Amuse Bouche
Sushi tostones with tuna, avocado, salmon roe, wasabi aioli, and pickled onion
First Course
Beef carpaccio with roasted mushrooms, Chinese mustard, and lemon

Pork dumplings with bone broth

Sichuan pepper leg of lamb with garlicky broccoli rabe
Immediately following the dinner, Bar32 will open for desserts and cocktails, allowing guests to continue the evening and enjoy the full Bar32 experience.
